Prospectus

Vivekananda Institute of Languages, at Ramakrishna Math, Hyderabad was started in 1981. The Institute regards teaching of languages as an important contribution to national and international integration. Furthermore, students are exposed to the great cultural heritage of India as reflected in the teachings of Swami Vivekananda and other scriptures.

The Institute has the capacity to take 7,000 students per session. Thus, about 21,000 students take admission each year. However, the demand for the language courses in each session has been increasing so much that we are helpless in disappointing hundreds of candidates seeking admission. Therefore, those students who get admission must keep this in mind, and make sincere attempts to complete the course within the given duration.

The Institute has the team of about 65 highly qualified, experienced, dedicated and dynamic teachers fro whom teaching is more of a "passion and a mission" than merely a profession. With about 35 years of experience and service, the Institute has established itself as a premier institution in the field of teaching languages.
