Admission Procedure
For Spoken English
- Application forms are available for ₹150/-. The date of issue of application forms will be notified well in advance on the Institute notice board and on the website https://rkmath.org .
- Candidate mus come in person to purchase the application form only on the date notified on the Institute notice board and website.
- Candidates should fill up the application form only after reading the prospectus thoroughly.
- The minimum qualification required to join Spoken English course is SSC pass. A photocopy of the SSC marks sheet (memo) should be enclosed with the application form and the original certificate must be shown for obtaining application form.
- Candidates selected on the basis of the batch they have selected, marks obtained in English at SSC level. The minimum age limit is above 17 years, the maximum age limit is 50 years.
- Preference will be given to the students who have scored less marks in English at SSC level for September session and January session. In June session the selection will be done giving first preference to students who scored more in English in 10th Standard.
- We receive around 7,000 applications for every session for Spoken English Course and we have around 3,500 seats. We publish the name of the selected candidate on the notified date on the Institution notice board and also on our website https://rkmath.org .
- The selected candidates should come in person for admission on the scheduled date.
- Candidates must come for admission with fee of ₹1500/- (cash). This includes the tuition fees, cost of textbook and cost of prescribed reference book. One recent passport-size photograph is needed for Identity Card.
- Candidates will write a classification test on the day of admission on the scheduled date.
- There are four levels in Spoken English course - Basic, Junior, Senior, Advanced.
- Each level is of three-month duration.
- There are about 36 classes in each session.
- Each class is of two hour duration.
- Candidates applying for admission should opt for one of the batches mentioned below at the time of submitting the application form. The batch days and timings, once allotted as per the option of the candidates, will not be changed. Any request for change of batches after admission will not be entertained.

For German, French, Spanish, Sanskrit, Hindi, Chinese & Japanese
- Application forms for these languages are available for ₹150/- (online as well as offline) about 1 month before the start of the session as notified on the Institute notice board and/or website https://rkmath.org .
- Educational qualification: SSC pass (minimum) or higher qualification.
- The minimum age limit for obtaining application form is above 17 years, the maximum age limit is 50 years.
- Only those students who can grasp English medium instructions and can take notes in English are eligible to apply.
- Candidates are not permitted to join more than ONE language in a session.
- The whole course for each of these languages has 4 - 6 levels:
- Spoken English (5 Levels) - Basic, Junior, Senior, Communicative English 1 & Communicative English 2.
- German, French, Spanish, Sanskrit (6 Levels) - Junior 1 & 2, Senior 1 & 2, Diploma 1 & 2.
- Hindi, Chinese & Japanese (4 Levels) - Junior 1 & 2, Senior 1 & 2.
- Students may join the courses only at the first junior level. Promotion to higher levels of the course is permitted after passing the examinations and meeting the attendance criteria.
- Each level is of three-month duration (approximately 36 classes).
- Classes are held thrice a week on alternate days as follows:
Regular Batches Weekend Batches MWF - Monday Wednesday & Friday or SS - Saturday & Sunday TTS - Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday
- Each class is of two-hour duration as follows:
Regular Batches Weekend Batches Morning - 7.30 to 9.30 am or Saturday: 2.15 to 4.30 pm Evening - 5.30 to 7.30 pm Sunday - 9.00 am to 1.00 pm - Japanese, Sanskrit & Hindi classes are held on in the evenings.
- However, German, Spanish and French language junior level students may opt for classes either in the TTS or MWF batches; either in the morning batch of evening batch OR weekend batches for German, French, Spanish and Sanskrit.
- Please take an application form ONLY if you can come to classes 15 minutes before time.
- Late comers are not permitted to attend the classes.
- Students are not permitted to leave the Institute before the end off classes.
- Candidates should fill up the application form only after reading the prospectus thoroughly. Only original application forms issued by the Institute are accepted.
- Admission for the above languages will be given on first come first served basis. Applicants are to come in person on the date and time mentioned on the admission coupon with the following items:
- Admission coupon (non-transferable).
- Admission fees + Tuition fee + cost of textbooks as mentioned in the table in the FEE STRUCTURE section. Only cash payments are accepted.
- Photocopy of the highest educational qualification (minimum SSC Pass).
- Two recent passport size (NOT stamp size) photographs are needed for Identity Card and Admission Coupon.
- Textbooks are provided either at the time of admission or in the first week of the session.
